The hotel is huge, very close to the beach (5 min walking), surrounded by trees, with a nice pool. Rooms are very clean, the ladies come every day to clean and to change the towels. Diversity of food, which is very tasty as well. We enjoyed our staying.

Everything was great with the exception of the spa. The rest was just amazing. The food was exceptionally delicious and the garden is a real paradise on earth. I am absolutely enchanted by this place. I am so happy it is Bulgarian. Very high quality of the tourist service. And the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The location is a dream come true. Words just fail me. I am in love with Helena!

- Helena Park is lucky to have such excellent staff, incl. animators, waiters, bartenders, cleaners,... Everyone was polite and hard-working - Great location a few meters away from the beach - The room and common areas were kept 100 % clean - The hotel is situated in a beautiful well-maintained park full of greenery

We love the property. Everything’s from the staff to the rooms and cleanliness is nice. The food was great and a lot to choose from, great variety. I am not a big fan of drinking but the beer was ok, the white whine was also good and the soft drinks are ok as well.

Helena Park is not located in the centre of noisy central part of Sunny Beach, which was rather convenient for us. Spotlessly clean hotel building, outdoor pools as well as rooms. Cleaned daily by the group of hard and well working ladies. Food? More than excellent. Tasty, fresh everyday, healthy if you skip a lot of sweet small things. Daily two kinds of fish with a lot vegetables. Pooll bar an lobby bar well stocked with drinks of local as well as international origin. Surprisingly Bulgarian whisky Black Ram was better for me than Scotch ones.

Everything was great at Helena Resort. The room is spacious and it was serviced every day. Food is good and you will find variety (they have special nights with specific foods). The resort is full of life and vegetation, a great pool and nice atmosphere. The beach is few meters away from the resort exit.

This hotel is highly recommended. The service is wonderful, the food is brilliant. The private beach is really close. We loved the pool and the vibe there.
